Licensed Acupuncturist Careers in Portland, Oregon

Acupuncturist Position

Willow Tree Acupuncture & Wellness Clinic has been a trusted clinical home for Portland’s women’s health community since 2009. We specialize in fertility support, pregnancy care, hormonal health, and integrative women’s medicine — and we have the patient base, the systems, and the support infrastructure to prove it.

We’re looking for one practitioner who wants to step into a fully built clinic and focus entirely on delivering excellent care.

For nearly 20 years, we’ve been a trusted destination for patients seeking thoughtful, results-driven Chinese Medicine—and a professional home for acupuncturists who want to practice at a high level without running a business.

We’re opening the door to a Licensed Acupuncturist who is ready to join a collaborative, values-driven clinic and build a long-term role rooted in excellent medicine, stability, and integrity.

A Different Kind of Acupuncture Career

This is not a room rental.
Not a contractor gig.
Not a side hustle.

This is a W-2 acupuncture role  designed for a practitioner who wants:

  • Consistent patient flow in a clinic

  • Administrative, marketing, and operational support

  • Freedom to treat without interference

  • A team environment that values clinical excellence and professionalism

If you love acupuncture but are tired of juggling business logistics, self-promotion, or burnout cycles—this may be exactly what you’ve been looking for.

Is This You?

  • Active Oregon acupuncture license in good standing
  • NCCAOM certified — Dipl.OM or Dipl.CH (herbal medicine required)
  • 2+ years of post-graduate clinical experience
  • Genuine interest in women’s health, fertility, or reproductive care
  • Comfortable seeing 3–4 patients/hour in a community-style setting
  • Looking for a primary professional home — not a side gig or temporary stop
  • Values being part of a clinical team over practicing in isolation

You don’t need to have an existing specialty in fertility. A solid clinical foundation and earnest interest in women’s health is the starting point — mentorship brings you the rest of the way.

Experience is welcomed. Alignment is essential.

Practicing Acupuncture at Willow Tree

As part of our clinical team, you’ll focus fully on patient care while contributing to a culture of collaboration, learning, and integrity.

Our practitioners:

  • Provide individualized acupuncture and herbal medicine treatments

  • Communicate clearly and compassionately with patients

  • Value long-term outcomes over quick fixes

  • Share knowledge, insights, and clinical experience with colleagues

We believe the best patient results come from supported practitioners—not overextended ones.
